The family-owned Advanced Musical Instrument Servicing team are passionate about music and the instruments that create it. For years, we've provided our customers with exceptional instrument repairs, tuning, and servicing from our locally owned-and family-run store.

Meet Paul Morris: Our Experienced and Passionate Technician

Paul Morris has had a lifetime love for music, stemming from his family's involvement in the industry since 1967. He began his journey in the music industry in 1985 when he joined the Australian Academy of Music, and later received full credentials after graduating from the highly reputed Preston College in Australia (considered one of the top piano tuning training colleges in the country).

Our Story

To further enhance his skills and knowledge in the music industry, Paul travelled to the United States in 1998 to attend the prestigious Redwing Technical College in Minnesota. There, he studied band instrument repairs, specialising in brass repairs. This intensive training gave him the qualifications and skills to cover piano and band instrument repairs.

In 2001, Paul joined the Morris Brothers Music Store as the head of piano services and band instrument repairs. For over two decades, he provided exceptional service to the store's customers, and his efforts were recognised when Morris Brothers won the Best Specialty Retailer Award at the Business Achievers Awards and was a state finalist in the Telstra Business Awards.

In 2022, Paul Morris decided to make a move to the Sunshine Coast, where he now provides exceptional services to an area ranging from Brisbane Northside to Gympie and Maryborough. Servicing the community’s instruments with precision and care has become a deep passion for Paul and his family. With over 30 years of experience and multiple qualifications, Paul takes pride in providing outstanding service at reasonable prices.
